Cancellation/ Refund Pollicy:
If you cancel your registration by July 4 (Wed) 17:00 (JST; GMT+9), refund will be issued after deducting 20% of the registration fee. Excursion and congress dinner will be fully refunded if cancelled by July 4, 17:00. Refund will be processed after the conference within 1 month. There will be NO REFUND for registration, excursion, and congress dinner cancellations made after July 4 (Wed) 17:00 (JST; GMT+9).

Advanced reservations through our web site are required by July 3.

An accompanying person includes a participant's spouse, partner, child or other personal
relation who does not have a business or scientific interest in the Congress. Accompanying
persons cannot attend any scientific sessions.
